In my workshops and retreats, you will be gently and authentically guided to re-connect with yourself in a way that is both appreciative and genuine. A supportive community offers you space for exchange and valuable reflection.

My offerings are suitable for everyone, and no prior knowledge of yoga and/or meditation or creative experience is required. They take place in Greece (Crete), in Germany, or online (workshops).
